Why lentils?
Luca:
It has a lot of protein. it’s very healthy and delicious. I make a soup with it. You can make a pot full and keep them in your freezer. And it last forever.

Thank you Luca!!!! I love making soup, too. I cooked chicken soups twice since staying inside life started two weeks ago. I also make Miso soup a lot during winter. I might add my miso soup recipe soon in this blog, too :) Miso also last a long time so it’s a good and healthy condiment to have it in the fridge ;)

Project Note:
The idea of “ My friend’s quarantine shopping list” started when I was peeking at people’s shopping baskets during the COVID-19. What are their essentials? Is there a one thing they can’t live without? I was curious about my friend’s shopping baskets. Everyone’s list was unique and I enjoy talking to them about it. I hope this brighten your day and maybe those items will make it to your next shopping list :) Have a nice staying home day!
